About the Role
Job Description
- Lead the Quality and Process Excellence team for a large business with global deliveries.
- Drive business value generating projects for customers and Wipro.
- Proactively identify the opportunities for improvements and potential risks and work with required internal and external stakeholders to address the same.
- Drive innovation and change across the business along with customer and other internal transformation teams.
- Identify and replicate the best practices across the business to drive best in class customer experience.
- Own the charter of Start Green and Stay Green across the business.
- Lead and manage Lean Six Sigma Black Belt transformation projects
- Own the complete project lifecycle (diagnosis to benefits realization)
- Drive process excellence across finance operations
- Manage and mentor teams (minimum 4–5 years of team handling experience required)
- Engage with senior stakeholders across business and operations
- Focus on large-scale, process-driven finance transformation initiatives.
- End-to-end ownership of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt projects using DMAIC methodology.
- Role involves strong stakeholder management and people leadership.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification – Mandatory
- Mandatory experience in P2P & R2R towers
- OTC experience is good to have but not a priority
- BPS / BPM experience is mandatory
- Strong experience managing DMAIC projects
- Proven stakeholder management capabilities
• Must Haves
- Graduate/ Post Graduate with at least last 10+ years in IT/ BPO industry
- Lean and Six Sigma Master Black Belt
- Strong understanding of Quality and Process Excellence principles with experience in driving quality certifications like ISO, CMMI, COPC etc. and high impact continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Transformation etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills and people management skills
- Strong Analytical Skills with experience in driving descriptive, prescriptive and predictive analytics for various engagements across the business
- Good effective communication skills and presentation skills with ability to manage clients and internal senior stake holders
- Proven track record for problem solving and innovation. Must have good experience in technology enabled solutions like RPA, Low Code No Code, AI/ Gen AI
