HCLTech is hiring an experienced Operations Supervisor / Team Lead to manage ARF Post-Retirement and Savings & Investments (S&I) – New Business operations.

4–6 years (including 1–2 years in a supervisory role)

Role Overview

Lead and manage ARF & S&I operations teams, ensure SLA adherence, drive performance, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

✅ Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day ARF & S&I operational activities
- Allocate work and closely monitor team performance
- Ensure timely and accurate processing (ARF input, surrenders, savings updates, etc.)
- Handle escalations and support complex case resolution
- Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with QA and Compliance teams to meet standards
- Prepare operational MIS and support planning initiatives

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in financial / insurance operations
- Strong knowledge of ARF and Investment products
- Proven experience in team management and workflow optimization
