Business Head – OK Ice Cream (Chennai)
OK Ice Cream is looking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Business Head to lead and scale this vertical. This is a leadership role with complete ownership of the brand’s growth and operations, reporting directly to the Founder.

Required:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the ice cream or frozen dessert industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and innovate new flavours and product lines

• Lead the commissioning and launch of new outlets, kiosks, and vending formats

• Drive brand positioning, marketing strategy, and overall visibility

• Expand retail presence through supermarket listings and trade partnerships

• Build and negotiate B2B bulk supply contracts

• Oversee distribution, sales growth, and channel expansion

• Take full 360° ownership of the business vertical
The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen, hands-on industry experience, leadership capability, and a proven ability to scale consumer brands.
Compensation:
A competitive salary package along with performance-based commission on sales will be offered to the right candidate.
