Job Description:

Responsible for implementation of Corporate driven BE Roadmaps and Guidelines in the plant. All functions Standard Operating Procedure compliance, TPM/TQM implementation, Theme based projects & 5S

Job Responsibilities

Aligning Theme projects with business goals & targets

Ensure successful & timely closure of all Theme projects

Customer

Internal Customer :

¢ Update revised / new SOP

¢ Guiding team, follow ups, closure for preparedness of customer visit and system audits for Existing/Potential Customer

¢ Follow up, guide internal departments for timely closure of all system internal/external audit points

¢ Actively participate in industry forums such as ACMA, CII, events etc. and ensure appropriate representation from various departments at these forums

External Customer :

Liaison with vendors, consultants, auditors for certifications and awards

Actively participate in industry forums such as ACMA, CII events etc. and ensure appropriate preparedness.

Process

¢ Plan plant activities for various initiatives e.g. Theme, Sustainability, WPT, Monthly Safety Audit, Internal Audit, Improvement Projects being run by the management and ensure timely implementation

¢ Internal Audit plan compliance, Finding closure through IoT/systemic

¢ Develop plan for ‘Quality Management System’ periodic audit in all functions and audit schedule compliance and NC closures

¢ Coordinate Plant Monthly Kaizen Competition and QCC

kaizen mela etc.

¢ Achieve successful ISO recertification, surveillance

Review and timely submit all MIS & reports

¢ Manage and provide SOP training and ISO training across departments.

¢ Ensure development and standardization of training modules for key skills.

Establish DOJO ( Skill Development Centre ) for Key Skills, critical to business.
