What This Job Involves:  Putting Safety First—Always    Project Safety Oversight:  Provide comprehensive safety support to all projects, ensuring compliance with established company standards and local safety regulations.
Early Project Engagement:  Conduct thorough safety review meetings with project and design teams during the initial stages of each project.
High-Risk Activity Management:  Ensure all high-risk activities have proper Safety Work Method Statements (SWMS) in place.
Workplace Safety Promotion:  Actively promote workplace safety through regular site inspections, detailed risk reports, timely implementation of safety-related corrections, and leading weekly safety meetings.
Coordination and

Collaboration:

Continuously coordinate with Project Managers and Operations Managers to guarantee the safety and well-being of all personnel.

Promoting Safety Awareness    Initiative Leadership:  Drive and champion all environment, health, and safety initiatives across the organization.
Awareness and

Education:

Develop and implement strategies to create awareness and educate employees and stakeholders on HSSE best practices.
Knowledge Sharing:  Consistently share success stories and best practices among project JLL teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Mentoring and

Coaching:

Provide regular mentoring and coaching to safety officers and non-safety professionals to enhance their safety knowledge and practices.
Professional Development:  Obtain and maintain all relevant professional licenses and certifications, ensuring they remain up-to-date.
