Key Responsibilities Develop and manage systematic digital Learning & Development processes across the organization.
Design, implement, and administer Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
Develop and curate LMS-based training courses and learning content .
Conduct training needs assessment to identify competency and skill gaps.
Plan and execute skill development and structured training programs .
Establish performance metrics to measure training effectiveness and employee development.
Drive regular performance appraisals in coordination with department heads.
Create and monitor employee growth and development plans .
Provide mentoring, coaching, and capability-building support for staff and leaders.
Track learning outcomes through analytics, reports, and improvement strategies.
Ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational vision and goals.
