Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve both sales and service targets through effective coaching and daily performance monitoring.
Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition while ensuring high team engagement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales performance and other metrics to drive results.

Ensure adherence to company policies and best practices while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate qualification.
5–8 years of experience with a proven track record in leading sales teams and consistently achieving targets.
Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to BFSI, Telecom, or Service industries preferred.
