Facility Manager

Location:

Chennai

We are looking for an experienced and proactive  Facility Manager  to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our campus

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, and security teams.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective schedules.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the premises.
Supervise landscaping and gardening activities to maintain facility aesthetics.
Manage security operations, access control, visitor management, and CCTV monitoring.
Ensure fire safety compliance and emergency preparedness.
Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain operational records.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for AMC renewals, ensuring continuity of maintenance services without lapse.
Liaise with service providers to conduct routine pest control activities and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Monitor and oversee the overall maintenance of the adopted Greater Chennai Corporation park, including housekeeping, cleanliness, security, surveillance systems, landscaping, and general upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of maintenance operations, security management, and fire & safety systems.
Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.

What We're Looking for:

Qualification  &  Experience

Graduate/Diploma in Facility Management or related field.
10+ years of experience
Strong leadership & communication skills.
