Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 80+ Collection and Credit professionals .
Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC), B2B Collections, Credit Control, and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
Own team performance and ensure SLA/KPI targets are consistently achieved.
Drive process improvements, operational excellence, and stakeholder management.
Required Skills:
✔ Order-to-Cash (OTC)
✔ B2B Collections & Credit Control
✔ Accounts Receivable (AR)
✔ Team Management (80+ team size)
✔ SAP (Invoicing, Contracts & Workflows)
✔ Stakeholder Management
✔ Process Improvement & SLA/KPI Management
Good to Have: Zendesk, Siebel CRM, and Visio.
