The Role

We are looking for a  Senior Manager – Kiosk Operations & Customer Activation  to lead the strategy, expansion, and operational excellence of our offline customer acquisition channels.
This role is responsible for establishing and scaling a high-performing kiosk network across malls, corporate parks, airports, retail hubs, and other high-footfall locations. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in retail operations, field sales, customer acquisition, team leadership, and business development to create a scalable offline growth engine.
You will own the complete lifecycle of kiosk operations—from identifying new locations and setting up kiosks to hiring teams, driving customer acquisition, optimizing conversions, and delivering profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Offline Growth Strategy
Develop and execute the offline customer acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
Build and scale a high-performing kiosk network across multiple cities.
Identify new opportunities to expand the company's offline presence through innovative activation channels.
Continuously improve customer acquisition efficiency and cost metrics.

Kiosk Network Expansion
Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and secure premium kiosk locations with high customer footfall.
Build relationships with mall management, retail partners, commercial property owners, event organizers, and channel partners.
Lead end-to-end kiosk setup, branding, infrastructure, technology deployment, and operational readiness.
Ensure timely launch of new kiosk locations.

Operations Management
Own the operational performance of all kiosk locations.
Establish and implement SOPs, operational standards, and service quality benchmarks.
Monitor kiosk productivity, staffing, inventory, branding, and customer experience.
Conduct regular field visits and operational audits to maintain consistency.

Sales & Customer Acquisition
Drive customer acquisition and revenue generation through kiosk channels.
Define sales processes and conversion frameworks for field teams.
Monitor sales funnel performance and continuously improve conversion rates.
Analyze customer behaviour and optimize engagement strategies.

Team Leadership
Recruit, train, mentor, and lead kiosk managers, team leaders, and customer acquisition executives.
Build a strong performance-driven culture with clear accountability.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Develop succession plans and leadership capability within the field organization.

Performance Management
Own and deliver business KPIs across the kiosk network.
Monitor productivity at location, city, and regional levels.
Implement incentive programs and performance improvement initiatives.
Drive operational efficiency while maintaining a superior customer experience.

Marketing & Activations
Partner with the Marketing team to execute offline campaigns, mall activations, promotional events, and local partnerships.
Ensure consistent brand visibility across all kiosk locations.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with infrastructure vendors, branding agencies, manpower partners, and facility providers.
