About the Role
We are looking for an experienced  Program Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation  to lead and support monitoring, evaluation, MIS, reporting, and implementation of government/development programs.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee  Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)  activities for programs/projects.
Manage and monitor  Management Information Systems (MIS)  and ensure accurate and timely data reporting.
Track program progress, outcomes, indicators, and implementation activities.
Analyze program data and prepare reports, dashboards, and management updates.
Coordinate with government departments, project teams, and other stakeholders.
Support evidence-based decision-making through monitoring and data analysis.
Identify implementation gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of program activities.
Eligibility & Qualification
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Full-time Graduate/Postgraduate qualification in  Social Sciences, Economics, Rural Management, Development Studies, Public Policy, Public Administration , or a relevant discipline is preferred.
5–7 years of post-qualification experience  in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and Management Information Systems (MIS).

Experience with  National/State Government, development, donor-funded, or similar organizations  will be preferred.
Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared  UPSC Prelims/Mains .
Additional Preference
Candidates with  15+ years of Government sector experience , particularly at the level of  Deputy Collector or equivalent , with experience in field-level implementation of government projects, will be given preference.
