Roles & Responsibilities

The Business Mentor at Grip Forum is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

* Act as a key point of guidance and support for the chapter leadership and associates

* Coordinate effectively with the Chapter Leadership Team to ensure smooth chapter operations

* Supervise and oversee chapter events, sessions, and activities to ensure quality and alignment with GRIP objectives

* Provide mentorship and professional guidance to chapter associates for their personal and business growth

* Ensure proper planning, execution, and follow-up of chapter meetings, events, and training programs

* Maintain regular reporting and documentation of chapter activities and share updates with management

* Attend chapter meetings, review sessions, and training programs as required

* Support management in implementing organizational strategies at the chapter level

Qualifications
