As a Studio Manager, you are the face of Aliens Tattoo within your studio. You will lead the business, inspire your team, own the customer journey, drive commercial performance, and ensure every operational detail reflects the premium standards of the Aliens Tattoo brand.

This role combines sales leadership, customer experience, operational excellence, financial ownership, people development, and business management. You'll work closely with the Cluster Manager and cross-functional teams to build a studio that consistently exceeds business targets while delivering world-class customer experiences.

The Mandate

As the Studio Manager, you are entrusted with the complete ownership of your studio's business performance. Every customer who walks through the door, every consultation conducted, every tattoo created, every team member coached, and every operational decision made ultimately reflects your leadership.

Your responsibility extends far beyond achieving monthly sales targets. You are expected to create an environment where customers receive exceptional service from their very first enquiry through their entire tattoo journey. You will build a disciplined, customer-centric team that consistently delivers premium experiences while operating with the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, safety, and operational excellence. You are responsible for driving sustainable business growth by balancing sales performance, profitability, operational efficiency, inventory management, studio readiness, and people development.
