Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Access Service Engineer. The role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems, fire alarms, and access control systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing efficient field service support, conducting technical inspections, and ensuring that all security systems are operated effectively and safely. The role also requires regular communication with clients to address their needs and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for security systems

Experience with Field Service, including system installation and on-site technical support
Skills in Maintenance & Repair of CCTV systems, fire alarms, and access control systems
Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
Familiarity with safety standards and protocols is a plus
Relevant technical certifications and/or diploma in a related field is highly desirable
