Regional Manager - 3PL - Advantis India

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee logistics operations and drive business growth across Tamil Nadu & Andhra Pradesh.

The role involves full regional responsibility including operations, revenue performance, team leadership, and customer management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end regional logistics operations
Drive revenue growth & achieve regional targets
Lead and monitor branch & warehouse teams
Oversee warehousing & distribution performance
Develop and maintain key client relationships
Track KPIs, MIS reporting & operational efficiency

Who we are looking for
5–10+ years' experience in Logistics / Supply Chain
Proven regional operations & sales exposure
Strong leadership & multi-location team handling
Experience in warehousing & transportation
Target-driven and performance-focused mindset
Willing to travel across Tamil Nadu & Andhra Pradesh
