Full Charge Bookkeeper

Looking for a great opportunity with a fun company? Capri Bookkeeping Solutions is looking for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to provide day-to-day bookkeeping services to small to mid-size businesses. Capri Bookkeeping Solutions works with clients and entrepreneurs. The position includes daily bookkeeping duties for multiple clients including, but not limited to account reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and monthly closing. The bookkeeper will interact with clients throughout the service engagement.

Job location is in office 5 days a week.

• The position includes bookkeeping and accounting services, including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and monthly closes.
• Maintain accurate information in client files.
• Use effective written and verbal communication skills externally with prospective clients, and internally with colleagues and managers.
• Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change.

• Bookkeeping experience 5 year required
• Quick Books Online experience required, is a must
• Able to work in fast pace environment
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Basic project management skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required
• Microsoft Outlook proficiency is required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work under a supervisor and a team dynamic
