Experienced Bookkeeper
Alloy Silver stein, a regional public accounting firm located in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, clerical, and financial tasks for clients in various industries. Bookkeeper responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling G/L accounts. You will also run accounting software programs (Quick Books and/or Xero) to process business transactions, such as accounts payable and receivable, and disbursements.
This open position is currently for an in-office, in-person role at our Cherry Hill, NJ office location.
Requirements- Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
- Proficiency in Quick Books and/or Xero;
Minimum 2-3 years experience - Hands‑on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers
- Ability to perform filing and record‑keeping tasks
- Well organized
- 2-5 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred
Starting at $45,000-$50,000.
