Senior Accountant Job Cherry Hill area,New Jersey USA,Accounting

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with an organization located in Middlesex, NJ looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join the finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and supervise transactional accountants. This is a hybrid role and the client is open to candidates from all industries.

Responsibilities:

Lead the month-end close process with precision and efficiency, including timelines and checklists.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Implement and maintain strong internal controls.
Collaborate with the Controller in the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax regulations.
Assist external auditors during the audit process, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA preferred or on track.
Experience with ERP systems
Proficiency in Excel

Compensation:

$90,000-$110,000 (Depending on level and experience)

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $ per year
