Accounts Receivable Specialist
Beacon Hill is partnering with a large real estate management firm in Cherry Hill, NJ seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing team. This is a hybrid contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term stability, strong benefits upon conversion, and the chance to work with a well-established organization in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Process and post tenant and customer payments
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate AR records
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Work closely with property managers and internal departments regarding account activity
- Apply cash receipts and ensure timely payment posting
- Assist with month-end close related to accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Real estate, property management, or commercial real estate experience is a plus
- Strong account reconciliation skills
- Experience with cash applications and collections
- Proficiency with Excel
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
