Position OverviewNorth American Medical Associates (NAMA) is a multi‑specialty medical practice with offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. NASPAC is a growing organization with a team of doctors and professionals devoted to the art of patient management: diagnosing, managing, and treating pain, orthopaedic, and behavioural conditions and disorders. We also aim to go beyond the treatment of pain to improve quality of life and productivity.
AdministrativeAssistant
- Handles sensitive and highly confidential information
- Assist in special projects/errands
- Receive and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare invoices, letters, and other documents using Word as needed
- Scan, upload, and track documents in Dropbox
- Schedules meetings and makes changes to calendars as necessary
- Communicate and correspond with medical and non‑medical supply vendors
- Order non‑medical supplies
- Document and take meeting minutes
- Handle all tasks provided by COO
Hourly rate: $20 and up depending on experience

Position Requirements- 2–3 years minimum of administrative experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Execute responsibilities with a sense of urgency and follow‑through
- Show tact, discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation
