Office Manager - Sales Support

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager with a primary focus on supporting the sales process. This role involves a combination of administrative, communication, and organizational responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of our office and support the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in coordinating and organizing sales activities.
  • Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Generate and maintain sales reports, providing regular updates to the sales team and leadership.
  • Accurately input and update customer information, sales leads, and other relevant data.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating effective communication.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage internal and external communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events related to the sales process.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and managing travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of sales-related materials.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data entry and database management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and terminology is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Education

A bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.

Location

This is 100% remote but you need to be able to work US est times.
