CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast‑paced environment located in Somerset, New Jersey.

This role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who excels at multitasking, anticipates needs, and takes initiative. The successful candidate will possess advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong Excel expertise, and experience with invoicing and basic bookkeeping functions. 1st shift. Salary: $25 to $30 per hour, temporary to hire.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Process invoices and track expenses.
  • Coordinate projects and follow up on action items.
  • Support daily operations and executive initiatives.
Desired Background / Skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with invoicing and basic bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
