Retirement Sales Coordinator

Horace Mann is a purpose‑driven company passionate about educators. We are hiring a Retirement Sales Coordinator who will support Exclusive Agents and clients by managing retirement rollover cases from intake through completion. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth, compliant, and high‑quality client experience.

• Manage retirement rollover cases from EA intake through application completion and account setup
• Coordinate and track rollover documentation, including requests to incumbent vendors
• Monitor rollover pipelines, follow up on pending transfers, and resolve “not in good order” items
• Serve as the primary operational contact for clients and Exclusive Agents on rollover status and next steps
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, accurate processing
• Ensure all activities comply with Reg BI, suitability, and internal guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation and update systems such as Fire Light and Right Bridge
• Track and report rollover activity, turnaround times, and completed cases

• Series 6 & 63 licenses required (Series 7 preferred)
• Knowledge of retirement products, 403(b) plans, and rollovers
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow‑up skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Experience in financial services operations, retirement support, or client service preferred
• Remote office environment
• Up to 10% travel may be required

$21.44 – $29.16 per hour. This role is eligible for the Annual Incentive Program. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and location.
