Overview

Cherry Hill Imports Auto Group is experiencing increased service demand and is looking to add a highly skilled Mercedes-Benz Service Technician (A Tech) to the team at Mercedes-Benz of Cherry Hill.

This is an opportunity for experienced technicians to work in a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility equipped with the latest Mercedes-Benz diagnostic technology. The team offers strong earning potential, ongoing factory training, and clear opportunities for advancement into leadership roles such as Master Technician, Team Lead, or Shop Foreman.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain Mercedes-Benz vehicles according to manufacturer standards
  • Use modern diagnostic equipment and software to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
  • Perform repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
  • Follow manufacturer procedures, safety guidelines, and dealership policies
  • Document repair work accurately and clearly
  • Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
  • Communicate with service advisors and management regarding repair status and technical concerns
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 4+ years of professional automotive technician experience (dealership or independent shop)
  • Strong ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedure manuals, and maintenance instructions
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Basic computer, internet, and mathematical skills
  • Experience working with diagnostic and repair equipment

  • Experience working with Mercedes-Benz or other European luxury vehicles
