Project Administrator

• Collect, map, clean, and analyze business data to identify patterns, trends, and insights
• Gain hands-on understanding of business tools to manage data effectively
• Collaborate with operational and sales teams to understand data challenges and suggest improvements
• Attend project meetings and contribute to discussions on project objectives, strategies, and timelines
• Maintain and update project documentation and databases as required

• Has or looking to obtain Bachelor’s degree in related field, such as Business or Marketing, with courses focused on business and data analysis
• Basic familiarity with SHI’s operational mechanisms, hierarchical setup, and overall framework
• Basic ability to handle large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines
• Basic proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Basic ability to research and resolve problems
• Self-motivated with an upbeat attitude and desire to learn new skills
• Ability to learn quickly, absorb knowledge, and apply newly learned information daily
• Ability to work independently to increase job-related knowledge and skills
