• Act as Resident Project Representative to assist Engineers in providing extensive observation of construction projects and serve as liaison with contractors.
• Attend pre‑construction and weekly job progress meetings.
• Conduct on‑site observations to ensure work complies with contract documents.
• Maintain all project records, including daily quantities and logs.
• Prepare daily reports for the engineer listing labor trades and equipment supplied.
• Review contractor payment applications and recommend progress payments.
• Prepare final punch list at substantial completion and perform final project review for closeout.
• Work full time during regular business hours, climbing ladders or working in tight spaces as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 to 15 years of experience on municipal construction projects (roadways, storm sewer, water supply).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Ability to pursue NICET certifications (required).
• Experience with ACI, NACE, NJSAT, or TCC certifications beneficial.

$55,000.00 – $85,500.00 annually
