An opportunity to support the delivery of high‑end, ground‑up luxury residential developments within a well‑capitalised real estate platform. This role sits within an experienced development team and reports into a Senior Project Manager and VP overseeing delivery. The focus is on execution, coordination, and quality, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard from pre‑construction through completion.

If you’re currently working on residential projects and want greater exposure to design‑led developments, stronger mentorship, and clearer progression, this represents a solid next step. The developer operates with a long‑term mindset, prioritising quality, design, and delivery rather than volume. Projects are thoughtfully planned and closely managed.
