You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents, gaining hands‑on experience from preconstruction through project completion while developing the skills needed for long‑term career growth.

• Assist the Superintendent in managing daily construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and daily jobsite operations.
• Support project scheduling and progress tracking.
• Monitor jobsite safety and OSHA compliance.
• Participate in inspections with building officials.
• Coordinate deliveries and material staging.
• Maintain project documentation, as‑built drawings, and surveys.
• Communicate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and the project team.
• Help ensure projects remain on schedule while meeting quality standards.

• 1–3 years of commercial construction field experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency using an iPad, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel daily to project sites.

• Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Completion of a construction trade school program.
• Experience with Procore, Plan Grid, Microsoft Project, Earth Cam, or similar construction software.
