We're looking for a Senior HVAC Project Manager to oversee high-profile mechanical construction projects while serving as a trusted advisor to clients, field teams, subcontractors, and company leadership. What

You'll Do

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of every phase of commercial and industrial HVAC projects-from planning and budgeting through execution and closeout. You'll keep projects moving, teams aligned, and clients informed while ensuring quality, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction remain top priorities.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple commercial and industrial HVAC projects simultaneously from award through closeout.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and financial forecasts.
  • Partner with owners, general contractors, engineers, architects, vendors, and field leadership to ensure successful project execution.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope documents.
  • Manage project costs, billing, forecasting, procurement, and change orders.
  • Identify risks early and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Support field operations by providing leadership, technical guidance, and resources.
  • Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and executive leadership.
  • Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
  • Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with all company quality standards and safety regulations.
What You Bring

We're looking for a proven leader who combines technical knowledge with strong business and relationship management skills.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of commercial and industrial HVAC project management experience
  • Demonstrated success managing large mechanical construction projects from inception through completion
  • Experience with projects ranging from $500K - $20M
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Commercial HVAC systems
  • Hydronic piping
  • Chilled water systems
  • Boiler systems
  • Central plants
  • Industrial mechanical systems
  • Design-Build and Plan & Spec projects
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Excellent financial management and forecasting skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Viewpoint, CMiC, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms
Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience working for a commercial mechanical contractor
