Through a global network of industry relationships and technical expertise, the firm partners with clients to deliver sophisticated developments, including corporate headquarters, high-end offices, and large-scale data center facilities. Description Project Management:
Serve as the Owner's Representative Project Manager for a hyperscale/mission-critical data center development project Team Leadership:
Act as the primary liaison between ownership, design consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders. Schedule Management:
Review and evaluate construction schedules, budgets, estimates, drawings, specifications, and project deliverables. Quality Control:
Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies related to budget, schedule, and execution. Documentation:
Facilitate meetings, progress reporting, and communication across all project teams. Safety Compliance:
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Profile 8-10+ years of construction project management experience. Experience managing ground-up construction projects within one or more of the following sectors:
Data Centers (highly preferred) Mission-Critical Facilities Manufacturing Facilities Semiconductor Facilities Laboratories High-Rise Construction Multifamily Developments Large Civil or Site Development Projects Previous experience working for an Owner's Representative firm and/or a General Contractor. Strong knowledge of site development, civil construction, building systems, and overall project delivery processes. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining focus on project objectives. High-energy, hands-on problem solver capable of driving projects forward with minimal oversight.
