Candidates should bring knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology, experience with both inbound and outbound calls, dual monitor proficiency, solid keyboarding skills, and a high school diploma or GED. Preferred qualifications include EMR experience (Epic strongly preferred), bilingual ability in English/Spanish, behavioral health experience, and familiarity with collections software, along with a strong sense of loyalty and alignment with company culture.
The work schedule is Monday 9:30-6 and Tuesday through Friday 8:30-5 with a 30 minute lunch break. Performance expectations include maintaining daily call volume, ensuring adequate account touches, and managing busier periods when letters are released, with direct guidance and support from the Director. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, a positive and resilient attitude, consistent work habits, transparent communication, and the loyalty to thrive as a dependable team player.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1-2 years of collections experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Strongly Preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA and basic medical terminology
• Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to work with dual monitors, Solid keyboarding/typing skills
• Ability to level set expectations and explain processes clearly
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• EMR experience (Epic strongly preferred)
• Experience in behavioral health
• Familiarity with collections software
