Job DescriptionDo you have customer service and data entry experience? Interested in working in a laboratory setting? Eurofins Built Environment Testing East is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist for our new Cherry Hill, NJ location.
Position SummaryClient Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day‑to‑day communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and performing tasks within the various login departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in an timely, solutions‑oriented manner.
- Advise walk‑in clients about service information and project preparation.
- Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM, TEM, and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.
- Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.
- Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.
- Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.
- Assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
- Perform other tasks across departments as needed; teamwork is the foundation of success at Eurofins.
