Reynolds & Reynolds Co. is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to deliver high-level customer support to automotive dealerships. The role involves on-site and video conferencing support with about 80% on-site and 20% remote, in a defined region.
You will guide customers to maximize product usage and overall satisfaction. During the intensive training period (about six months), travel will be up to 50% with occasional hotel stays; after training, travel reduces to roughly 10% of the month.
