K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel in the United States is hiring a Customer Service Representative to drive guest experiences and support business growth. This part-time hourly non-exempt position is the face of our luxury brand, delivering 5-Star service across phone, in-person, and email channels.
You will convert inquiries into reservations, upsell services, and guide tours of our premium facility. Weekend/holiday availability is required, and POS/Microsoft Office skills are needed to succeed.
