Position: Client Services Administrator (Cherry Hill, NJ)

Job Summary

Our Client Services Representative will provide program coordination and perform administrative functions for our clientele. The role involves interacting with Neuropath Healthcare Solutions clients by ensuring they receive the services they need and resolving any complaints. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking to customers, can multitask efficiently, is organized, flexible, and driven.

Duties / Responsibilities
  • Interact with clients via telephone or email to provide support and information on products or services.
  • Collect and enter requests for new or additional services.
  • Assign case assignments & service scheduling.
  • Field client inquiries and complaints; when beyond representative’s knowledge, forward to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
  • Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve clients’ problems and concerns.
  • Maintain client accounts and records of interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Attend in‑service training as required by regulation.
  • Adhere to all agency administrative and clinical policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least a year of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Salary starts at $20 per hour.
  • Experience in an office setting.
  • Consent to and pass a formal background check including fingerprinting.
Skills / Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Service‑oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required with at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Office operations experience required.
  • Customer service experience required.
