Miller-Remick is seeking a
BIM Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and visualization efforts on complex building projects. This role will work closely with project managers and the design team to develop, maintain, and leverage BIM models to improve constructability, and project outcomes.
This position is ideal for a technically strong BIM professional looking to grow within a collaborative project delivery environment. This role can be done from any state in the US.
Key ResponsibilitiesBIM Modeling & Coordination
- Develop, maintain, and update BIM models in Revit and related platforms to support design planning and execution
- Assist withmodel coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews in coordination with design teams
- Support project teams withmodel-based problem solving and visualization
- Collaborate with project managers and the project team to align BIM deliverables with project needs
- Prepare model views, animations, visualizations, and client presentations as necessary
- Support BIM execution plans (BEPs) and model standards across projects
- Maintain model accuracy, organization, and data integrity in accordance with established BIM standards and BEPs
- Assist with model handoffs, file management, and documentation
- Stay current on BIM workflows, tools
- 3-5 years of experience in a BIM or Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) role
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Experience with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks Manage(or similar)
- Basic understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in commercial, mission-critical, healthcare, aviation, or large-scale construction projects
- Exposure to VDC workflows and clash detection.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $40.37 - $46.14 hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including experience, qualifications, education, certifications and licensure.
