Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and assess engaging and challenging lesson plans for 5th-grade students, aligned with our curriculum standards

• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth and participation

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, assessments, and instructional strategies

• Communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues to ensure a seamless educational experience

• Participate in school-sponsored events, conventions, and staff development programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

• 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a 5th-grade setting

• Strong understanding of curriculum standards and instructional strategies

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Salary: $24,000 - $26,000 Annually (negotiable based on experience)
