• NJ Teacher of the Handicapped Certification OR NJ Teacher of Students with Disabilities
• Experience with In Class Resource & Resource Replacement programs
• Strong classroom management skills and experience with positive behavior interventions
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills
• In-depth knowledge of and experience with the NJ Student Learning Standards
• Ability to implement IEP, monitor goals, track progress, and write new goals
• Extra duties as assigned by the building Principal
• Salary: $60,653 - $115,891 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications
• Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and Dental Benefits. Sick, Personal and Bereavement Days are included

All alternate route candidates ("Certificate of Eligibility") must show completion of 50 hours of pre-service training through a DOE approved CE educator program prior to being interviewed for a position.
