Our growth offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Engineer to oversee land development projects from start to finish. This role requires direct project execution and ensures high-quality deliverables within scope, budget, and timeline.

• 8+ years of experience as a civil engineer with a PE license in the state in which you will be working.
• Experience with leadership and mentoring junior staff members.
• Experience focusing on land development projects in retail, commercial, and residential space, working with municipal agencies and multiple disciplines.

• Site layout
• Grading and earthwork calculations
• Storm water management design and permitting
• Erosion and sedimentation control design and permitting
• Preparation and submission of local land development permits
• Quality assurance
• Mentoring and development of junior staff

• 8 years of civil or utility-related engineering experience
• PE license (preferred)
• Site layout, grading, storm water and erosion control design expertise
• Civil-related utility design expertise
• Trenchless technology design expertise
• Construction/constructability expertise related to production of design drawings and resolution of field issues
• Foundation/geotechnical experience and understanding
• Specification writing
• Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers
• Excellent communication skills
