Top Stack is partnering with a rapidly growing, PE backed, Financial Technology organization based in the Philadelphia western suburbs who is hiring a strategic Corporate Finance Manager.

• The Corporate Finance Manager will play a critical role in supporting the next phase of growth by serving as the key financial liaison between internal accounting and operating teams and private equity ownership.
• This position combines technical accounting expertise, financial analysis, M&A exposure, and strategic finance, offering broad visibility across the organization.
• Act as the primary liaison between accounting, operations, and private equity partners
• Translate GAAP financial statements into EBITDA and cash-based reporting
• Support M&A activity, including diligence, modeling, and integration support
• Partner with leadership on strategic and value creation initiatives
• Deliver financial insights to support operational and investment decisions
• Interact directly with senior management and HPS Investment Partners leadership

• Manager-level experience in Transaction Advisory, Deal Advisory, or Corporate Finance
• BS in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 8+ years experience
• Strong accounting foundation with deep financial statement knowledge
• Hands‑on experience with M&A and investment diligence
• Proven ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, PE‑backed environment
• Experience across multiple industries strongly preferred
