Senior Financial Analyst

Reports To: Director of Finance / VP of Finance

A growing and dynamic organization headquartered in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This individual will play a critical role in driving budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic decision support across the organization.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and business-minded — someone who can translate data into insights and partner effectively with leadership to influence decision-making.

• Lead the annual budgeting process across departments
• Manage monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles
• Develop and maintain long-range financial planning models
• Analyze variances to budget and forecast, providing actionable insights to leadership

• Build and maintain complex financial models to support business initiatives, capital investments, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities
• Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling
• Evaluate ROI on strategic projects and operational investments
• Support M&A analysis and integration efforts as needed

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for executive leadership
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to track performance
• Partner with department leaders to improve financial visibility and accountability
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business

• Enhance budgeting and forecasting processes
• Improve reporting automation and data integrity
• Support ERP and financial system optimization initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Strong budgeting and forecasting experience (required)
• Advanced financial modeling experience (required)
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to leadership
