Retail Loan Officers

EMM LOANS LLC (EMM) is currently looking for Retail Loan Officers to work with our growing teams! The Retail Loan Officer will work under a strong and experienced leader - Learn from the best!

The Retail Loan Officer will market and originate residential mortgage loans. This position will be responsible for soliciting residential mortgages through contacts and seeking opportunities to present the mortgage programs to individuals as well as professional organizations. Loan Officers will provide service to customers and prospective customers seeking residential mortgage loans. Loan Officers will interview applicants to acquire information concerning their current financial situation, their needs, desires and property information, as well as obtain and analyze pertinent data.

Loan Officers will ensure the customer understands the loan process from application through closing and also evaluates loan applications and documentation to confirm credit
worthiness.

This is an outside Sales position which is commission only and no leads are provided.

Active NMLS Licensing
