Supervisor/Assistant Manager, Finance

Responsibilities- Operating Expenses:
Reporting and monitoring of the US Injectables operational spending. - Financial Planning & Analysis:
Manage budgeting, forecasting and business planning for all operational expenses and capital spend. - Inventory Control:
Ensure financial reporting accuracy of inventories, analyze balances and ensure reserves are adequate per policy. - Product Costing Standards:
Direct yearly product costing for the US Injectables manufacturing sites for the whole portfolio and for new launches. - Capital Expenses:
Supervise the CAPEX budget while managing spend per project. - Business Partnering & Management Reporting:
Oversee all major reports and presentations distributed to higher management. - Efficiency Optimization:
Identify gaps related to operations and finance processes. - Ad Hoc Projects:
Work on one‑off projects such as acquisitions, valuations and feasibility analyses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting;
Master’s degree/MBA strongly preferred. - 7+ years of finance/accounting experience.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills with experience using data to influence decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Outstanding financial modeling and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving and project management skills.
- Ability to manage and inspire direct reports.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels and manage departmental relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong experience in a matrixed environment and building cross‑functional alignment.
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, mainly SAP.
Base Salary: $66,600 to $133,750 annually. Salary is determined during the interview process and varies based on location, experience and other factors.
