Working hours:

Monday-Friday, 1pm-9:30pm. No weekends. On site.

• Balance transactions and reconcile bank client’s daily work
• 10-Key data entry and balancing on Windows based PC applications
• Work in a team environment to ensure all assigned tasks are completed
• Other related duties assigned as needed

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient written and oral communication skills dealing with employees or external customers/clients
• High energy with the capability to work successfully in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of procedures used to segregate and distribute output
• Knowledge of balancing and correction procedures
• Proficiency in entering data into various PC software packages
• Proficiency in classifying computer output
• Ability to operate a computer effectively and utilize required software packages

• Banking (preferably teller or operations experience)
• 1 year of data control/encoding experience
• Accounting experience
