Position Overview
Full‑time Teller at PNC’s retail banking organization, located in Trenton, NJ, at the Ewing Branch. The role is in‑office and focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting branch operations.
Responsibilities- Deliver a unique customer experience by improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty.
- Process a variety of customer interactions, including transactions and inquiries.
- Educate customers on alternatives and options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate to branch staff.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits.
- Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Education:
No specific degree required; a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is acceptable. Prior experience is not required. In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, job‑specific certifications, or military service may be considered.

Base Salary: $33,000.00 – $55,000.00. The role may be incentive‑eligible with payment based on individual and company performance.
