We are seeking a high-caliber financial leader to join a dynamic, multi-site manufacturing organization as Corporate Controller. This is a high-visibility "successor" role; the successful candidate will be mentored for a direct transition into the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position.
As the CFO-in-waiting, you will initially oversee the financial integrity of three major US manufacturing facilities while driving the broader fiscal strategy. Upon promotion, you will receive a comprehensive executive package including an increased base and bonus, and a long-term incentive plan.
Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight:Act as the financial lead for three domestic production plants, managing a cross-functional team to ensure operational excellence.
- Strategic Advisory:Serve as a core member of the executive team, providing data-driven insights to the President and Board to guide long-term growth and expansion.
- Financial Architecture:Design and implement robust FP&A frameworks, cash flow models, and reporting systems that scale with a high-growth environment.
- Capital & Compliance:Lead the charge in future financing rounds, investor relations, and external audit management while ensuring total adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards.
- System Optimization:Identify and deploy modern ERP/software solutions to automate reporting and eliminate manual inefficiencies.
- Risk & Asset Management:Protect company interests by evaluating organizational risk, managing banking relationships, and optimizing the supply chain and revenue cycles.
We are looking for someone who can pivot seamlessly from granular, hands-on accounting to high-level boardroom strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required;
CPA and/or MBAis highly preferred. - 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within a manufacturing or high-growth industrial setting.
