Lead Analyst, Pricing Strategy

SUMMARY

Own end-to-end pricing strategy execution for assigned therapeutic areas. Build brand-specific strategies that map lifecycle stages, assign portfolio roles, set GTN targets, and define customer segmentation with customer-level investment recommendations. Monitor markets and collaborate across functions to implement and optimize pricing.

• Execute documented pricing strategy process across lifecycle mapping, portfolio role assignment, GTN target setting, and segmentation.
• Develop comprehensive brand strategies with detailed customer-level guidance across the portfolio.
• Apply deep understanding of competitive dynamics and channel economics to tailor pricing and incentives for growth and margin protection.
• Monitor market and GTN performance; recommend timely adjustments; deliver insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Promotions, and Customer Operations to operationalize strategies and communicate changes.

• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in pricing strategy, commercial analytics, or related roles, ideally in animal health/pharma/regulated industries; strong analytical and communication skills.

• Financial modeling, data analysis and interpretation; competitive/market assessment; stakeholder influence; manage multiple priorities.
• Strong quantitative skills; proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
