Senior Compliance Administrator; Jersey

As our Senior Compliance Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operation of Boston Jersey Limited’s compliance framework, helping ensure the business meets its regulatory obligations while delivering excellent outcomes for clients and colleagues. In doing so, you directly contribute to our purpose; to deliver thoughtful, personal and high-quality service to every client.

Permanent – Full Time

• Accurate administration of compliance records, reporting, policies and procedures, supporting the business in meeting its regulatory and AML/CFT/CPF obligations.
• Support the identification, escalation and management of compliance, conduct and financial crime risks, ensuring issues are appropriately reported and remedial actions are monitored to completion.
• Provision of pro-active compliance support to colleagues, contributing to regulatory submissions, governance reporting, compliance monitoring outcomes, colleague awareness and the ongoing enhancement of the control environment.

Have or are willing to undertake a relevant professional qualification such as the ICA Certificate or ICA Advanced Certificate.

• A compliance generalist with 3 – 5 years experience within client administration, trust and corporate services, family office or wider financial services
• Exposure to AML/CFT/CPF requirements and regulatory compliance obligations.
• Experience preparing reports, management information or regulatory documentation would be advantageous.
