About the Opportunity:Our client, a leader in the Financial Services industry, is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join their team in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This role involves supporting loans, servicing, and corporate segments, leading financial initiatives, conducting analyses, and contributing to strategic decisions. It's ideal for someone passionate about financial planning and analysis.
Responsibilities:- Lead finance initiatives and projects, including reporting development.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to improve financial processes.
- Analyze financial data, trends, and portfolio metrics.
- Deep-dive into department expenses and handle month-end journal entries.
- Assist with forecasting and own parts of financial models.
- Train and mentor financial analysts.
- Optimize financial and reporting processes.
- Ensure policy compliance and maintain attendance.
Skills:
- 5+ years in FP&A
- Advanced Excel, financial modeling, forecasting skills
- Data querying and ad-hoc analysis proficiency
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
