• Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Deliver hands‑on therapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence
• Motivate and support patients during treatment sessions
• Collaborate closely with the PT, nursing, and interdisciplinary team
• Document patient progress accurately and in line with facility and regulatory standards

• Strong clinical support from therapist Regional Director
• Excellent mentorship and guidance available; great for new grads and early‑career PTAs
• Annual performance reviews with realistic raise opportunities
• Typically able to offer consistent full 40‑hour caseloads
• Unlimited $1,000 employee referral bonuses (no cap!)
• Direct hire - no agency

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (or pending)
• Strong teamwork skills and patient‑centered attitude
